Do anyone of can suggest that one should go for the NIB bank's branch operations trainee program? its like doing cashier job for one year, :sad: and after that cash in charge post may be assigned.

Yes I have been selected for BOTP. But I'm confused to go for it or not. As I have to sign 18 months contract with them.:wacko:
