These private testing agencies usually process fastly coz they r in business and they make money so the whole process from test till shortlisting will not take more than 1 month or 1 n half month if they realy do it slowly.

I did the same. I don't think it will result in cancellation of application.

What is the last date to apply for the said post? If I send it on monday via t.c.s will it be taken into consideration?

Last Date is 28 Oct 2016, so do not worry!

Secondly, Post Office's UMS facility is also great, use that if convenient

Yesterday I sent application through PPO UMS services for a post which closing date 25-10-16 & and I'm not worry -

I have applied for Cypher assistant & assistant posts. but a very tough competition is expected - - around 71 to 80 marks one will be alive.
