Friends my qualification is BS IT 4year that means I have 16 years education
And I have also done BA
by the BA my education will be 14 years
Now friends tell me by which degree I eligible for IR

If your B.A majors in Economics then you are eligible otherwise sorry you are not Eligible..

yes its very essential for applying in any job. Donot worry you can make your domicile now. Go to katchery of your city with your and ur fathers id card copies, educational documents copy n 4 passport size photographs. Fee to government is 200 rs but lawyer can take upto 1500 as per urgency. Its easy , no need to get panic.

Download and print the challan form from fpsc website.
Fill it and pay Rs. 300 in any branch of NBP. NBP takes 2 copies of challan and gives 2 copies to you.
Keep copies of the paid challan safe with you as fpsc ask for those before test.
Then fill online application form and submit, that's it. You can take print out of the online application form for your record, otherwise it is not required.
