hmkashif, is there double taxation on transfer and disposal of immovable property? Because Income Tax Ordinance also imposes a tax on disposal of immovable property under Section 37 (1A).

In Pre-list, Total candidates from Sindh (Urban) is 114 and from Sindh (Rural) is 178 but when we see the interview schedule in Karachi from 12-Sept-2017 to 27-Sept-2017, they only mention 190 candidates in total so what about the rest ?

Also, the interview date for each candidate will depend as per the Serial No. or the Roll No. ?

Dear bros,
I am included in Rejected list. I would like to avail Representation Option.
my Rejection reason is
"Did not possess required Educational qualification, as advertised"
I have a bachelor degree with economics. how i can be rejected?

any body can help me.

Its about the documents I'm supposed to submit for my further short listing in interview process.

For interview separate summon will be issued 15 days prior to interview.

Rest will appear in next case of interview schedule

Question 2:
My brother is a non filer. He had purchased a plot in February, 2015 for Rs.6,000,000/-. Now he intends to sell the plot in September, 2016. FBR notified rate at Rs.12,000,000/-. What will be tax implication?
Answer:
The advance income tax under section 236C shall be collected @ 2% i.e. Rs.240,000/- from your brother being non filer on sale consideration of Rs.12,000,000/- The said advance tax is adjustable against his tax liability once he files tax return.
The capital gain on sale of property shall be Rs.12,000,000 – Rs.6,000,000 = Rs.6,000,000 and tax thereon shall be @ 5% as property was purchased before June, 2016.

if you have a bachelors degree with economics which has 200 Marks then you may apply for personal hearing.

Anybody have information for the candidates who have been failed any chance for waiting list etc and are they announcing next batch as there was remours and ofcourse a news published in a urdu daily for next 300 IIRs.?
