That means if their petition is allowed (which is the case) and the IHC verdict goes into their favour, the 12 posts of AD, announced by the FPSC, will vanish resulting in killing the hope of the 38 people who've been interviewed by FPSC (including me). According to S.O=equivalent officer FS-II (FPSC) as met him/her in person on Thursday 24th March,2018, there was a hearing held on 13th March,2018 and no written has been received by the FPSC from the respected court. However, there are chances to receive verdict within this week and they would proceed for the result within a week (result may be announced in next week if the verdict is received within this week). Pl do mention it rumour, I just love fallacies and rebuttal through truth tables

Kindly tell me what are the chances that result would actually be announced,i mean i don’t know about the stays and all,in short what’s going to happen now?Are we seeing a list on website sooner or later?

According to concerned officer Yes, Insha-Allah, the guys are going to be recruited even the seniority will be for initially appointed guys rather promotees since their promotion is not due under the rules while they're trying to delay so that to achieve the date of promotion and get benfit under the rules. Any case the guys will be appointed but their SENIORITY may be affected if case goes in favour of promotess . (I can't assure, just sharing info as received). I don't have any info beyond this!

Anyhow, I shall try to further update you guys within this week depending upon availability of public info from concerned officer in FS-II.
However late it may be let's keep praying for each other.
