How is preparation going ??

Can anybody provide some authentic information regarding the pay package and benefits this post carries. Asking this question makes sense at this stage because, firstly, many of us are already serving in various governmental organizations and secondly, since the FPSC now usually evaluates candidates on the basis of professional competency i.e. including various acts/laws e.t.c. it is advisable to prepare for some other venture if the benefits carried by the post aren't worth putting the effort.
So, again, anybody with some insider info regarding the salary drawn by a regular AD?

Wrong! Islamabad is not included in Punjab, instead, it's a capital territory i.e., ICT (Islamabad Capital Territory). Ref: Article-2 (Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan-1973).

What are the perks and privileges of this job ?
 

I applied for inspector inland revenue , worked really hard for it but just after the exam I came across an article which stated that the job of inspector inland revenue is nothing more than a glorified clerk . It didn't go down well with me . Kindly explain the kind of job assistant director protector of emigrants is and also state all the perks and privileges this job offers . i wana work hard for the right kind of a job . Thanks
