Usually we are provided with the job categories and we have to select desired job by putting tick mark on that, but PTS as not provided and asked to write Desired post by own , For Sub Engineers there is distribution b/w Provinces and for remaining posts distribution of seats is done Division wise. So If I am applying for Sub Engineer and Assistant Driver, do I have to mention Sindh (R) in Sub Engineer form and Railway Division Sukkur in Assistant Driver form in the section "1 (b): Quota"? |

B.Es instead of DAEs
It has been learnt that in previous recruitments of NTS(2014), NTS (2015) and NEEF(2016) Pakistan Railways and relevant Testing Agencies have considered the applications of B.E/B.Tech graduates for the posts of sub engineers (bs-11), however they do not mention in advertisement that the higher preference will be preferred. Now the thing is that We DAEs(post matric diploma or can say 13yrs education) obviously can not perform same as the B.E's or B.Tech's(16yrs education) do in the tests. This seems to be injustice with all diploma holders. I want to reach to PTS and Pakistan Railway for the purpose fore mentioned. Can anyone help me regarding this problem ? I need help how to approach to these parties ?

Do not worry dear. Over Qualification is failure in Pak Railways. In our NEEF Interviews of SM, they forced to withdraw the post for lower Qulified persons. DAE is only required for Sub-Engineer. |
