I sent my form on Saturday morning i.e. 4-3-2017 and my form reached there on 6-3-2017. will they accept my form or not?

The processing system of OTS is very slow. Last date of form submission was 05.03.2017 and after 45 days they still never announced the date for test and nor uploaded the list of candidates.
