i believe jd atc post is for people with much experience in atc as its max age is 54 years! i believe you applied in wrong post!

Default Medical fitness standards
What are the standards of medical fitness? specially eye site? and also can anyone elaborate the Age relaxation rule, As i'm just turned 28 so i'm wondering that can i apply for AD TC post? thanks

No issue if you have 6/6 with glasses. And max age limit is 33 years you are eligible.

Pay is 80k+ but its a very challenging job as you have work in shifts and its a quite difficult job.

Default Is it Permanent Job?
For other posts it is mentioned that they are renewable contracts, but for Assistant Director Air Traffic Control nothing like this is mentioned. So should I assume it to be a permanent job or not?
