Can anyone please confirm that the minimum requirement for a lecturer as per HEC is masters or Mphil? As different ads say different things.
Also any idea about the number of seats since many already working as visiting or cooperative lecturers will also sit in the test and they are given priority in the selection for sure

minimum requirement is masters or equivalent i.e 16 years of education.
Keep trust in Allah, if Allah has written your rizq here not even experience person can take it away from you! :)

go to any of your professor of 17 grade or above and request him, he will write.

or any other person of 17 or above grade who knows you, ask him to write. It should be something like:
میں تصدیق کرتا ہوں کہ فلاں شخص کو میں ٣ سال سے جانتا ہوں اور یہ ایک اچھے کردار کے حامل انسان ہیں اور میرا ان سے کوئی ذاتی تعلق نہیں ہے۔
