Today, I took test for Admin officer. And there were some persons who had not received call letter. But PNRA had told them about psychological test, through telephonic calls.

can u tell me please what kind of test actually it was..!!

The test was pretty much simple and easy.
It contained different portions.

Firstly there was a bio-data form needed to be filled.

Then there were some questions in Urdu language like if you find a lot of money then what will you do first, what do you think about our society, religious leaders, the problems created because of social media, etc.

Then there were sentence completion questions, almost 70 in number (in 2 different portions).

Then there were word association questions (the invigilator spoke a word and we had to write a sentence of it in 10 seconds).

And then there were 2 story making paragraphs. The invigilator told us one line for each story, and then everybody completed his/ her own story. The story should be of 3 lines at least, and must have a definite conclusion at the end (3 minutes were given for each story).

And then at the end, there was a test of IQ, comprising 70 questions (30 minutes).

Time duration for full test was approximately 2hrs and 30 minutes.

Were the questions asked in Urdu to be answered in Urdu or English?

One may answer Urdu questions in English, too.

i called them today. i am very much disappointed. They told me if you didnt receive your letter thats not our problem. we cannot do anything about this. Neither the letter nor a call received from them. is there any thing i can do now

Is this psychological evaluation have any weightage or a mere formality? Any idea about further shortlisting process..???
