Asst director accounts needs MBA finance. Does BBA(H) equate MBA here?

I have done BBA(H) in finance, MBA in HRM. I want to apply for asst director HRM, asst director accounts and asst director vigilance. I am eligible for 2 but I am not sure about the accounts one. Can anyone help me here?
