whether the test would be general or subject portion may also be included?

Is there anyone (computer geek) with some idea about how to unblock one's account on the CAA Job Portal, for submission of job application as this site isn't working. Everytime I try to log in, there appears a message directing me that my account has been blocked due to security reasons because of too many log in attempts and to try again in 24 hours. Or somebody with an idea of by-passing this crappy website?

IQ & analytical = 25
Mathematics = 15
Basics of safety and securiy =10
MS OFFICE = 10
GK = 15
or
