They may scrutinize candidates first and then issue fee challans to shortlisted candidates.

NTS has done that before in few projects...

CAA charges no fee. I recently taken AD ATC test, no fee was taken. They get online application and then give it to NTS

I just called at Civil Aviation HR Dept Karachi, the HR personnel told that owing to large number of applications, test will be conducted later. We can tell you tentative date in the mid of January.
So, we may expect that test will be held in the start of February 2018

I don’t think they will charge any fee. I had called them to confirm and they responded in negative.
