Default Wapda assistan manager (a&f)
WAPDA has recently announced posts of ASSISTAN MANAGER (A&F). If somebody knows that what will be syllabus for this post. Will PTS announce it right before test?

Respected Seniors,

I had applied for posts of Financial Analyst and Assistant Manager A&F (BPS-17) WAPDA JOBS (486). Recently application status at PTS declared me ineligible for both posts due " Low/less marks obtained or irrelevant/less qualifications".
It is submitted that i have done Master In Finance (i.e MBA-FINANCE) degree with 85% CGPA 3.7/4 and possess 8.5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance department of government department as BPS-17 Officer. I meet complete criteria set for both of above mentioned positions i.e Master in Finance as advertised through PTS.

Seniors are requested to tell me the probable reason of my application rejection. Your worthy knowledge sharing will help me in understanding and replying to PTS in approriate way.

What will be syllabus for WAPDA posiyion ASSISTANAT MANAGER( ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE). My test is scheduled on 23rd . Anyone who may please guide.

Can anyone please share syllabus for Assistant Manager A&F at wapda? As my test is scheduled on 23rd Jan, 2022, not much time is left for preparation.

I think test may include English, GK, Current Affairs, Accounts& Finance and Islamic studies.

The test held was 70% related to the subject and 30% general (English, islamiat, GK). As far as the 70% is concerned, it was a little tough for those who didn’t have any professional certification. Major areas were Bank reconciliation statement, Ratio analysis, Cost of goods sold statement, activities of cash flow statement, errors in accounting, effect of journal entries on financial statements, capital budgeting, cost of capital including cost of debt and equity, IAS 1,2, 4, 7, and 16. That’s what I remember so far. Moreover, in order to crack the test, in-depth study of all such topics is imperative.

Test was realy difficult. Math could also be a part. Anyway please share expected scores?
I expect 70 Inshallah plus minus
