Yes, as they have mentioned both MA and MSc.

They have also mentioned MS, MBA, so I think person with either 16 or 18 years education are eligible to apply.

But It is written on the Advertisement that MA can apply for Assistant Manager General job which means 16 years of education.Someone please clarify this?
