Yup Cut off will be division wise as they have already filled many DHQ's and THQs, So seats allocation will be vary division to division

That result was a NTS thing.. Pure govt things is going to hapeen which takes time for sure.. Last batch was took mote than 2 months for interviews after result.. Hope for best

Your post and NTS marks?.. They consider 5 candidates for interview agains 1 seat

Which region you belong to?
No idea about seats of Faisalabad Division... Roughly speaking one should divide the number of seats by the the number of divisions of Punjab, i.e. 9... To be more precise, keeping in view the big divisions like Gujranwala Division having 6 districts, one should divide number of seats by the number of districts of Punjab, i.e. For example, there are 30 seats of Admin Officer and there must be almost one seat for each district...

I belong to Sahiwal Division...

JD's are not yet much clear, they are hiring for DHQ's this time mean there is one seat in every district or may be few seats for left over THQ's
