So tough competition on Accountant positions than Billingofficer than IT Than Admin officer and least for Engineers...
That ratio as compare with last induction.
This time best choice is Admin/HR officer because they have large no. Of slots. As per my knowledge.

Its vary person to person.... if you have Good experience you can negotiate otherwise management offered you starting pay of Grades.
Grade 2 gross 40
Grade 3 gross 40 to 50.
But last time Grade 3 candidate offered on 70 plus.

Wow, I don't even know how the grades are determined. As an employee in a private organization, I'm not sure my experience as finance newswriter would matter if I am to apply for accounts, billing or HR.

What would you suggest in this scenario?

I think sui northern don't operate in hyd.
In sindh and balochistan sui southern operates.
