Can someone tell about salary of non-engineer grade III ? Is it negotiable in interview? Whats the expected salary range?

They have made a combined list of Grade 2-3 and 4. Does that mean that we have to compete against grade 4 candidates, too? Or there will be separate seats?

" SNGPL has no intention to recruit engineers in Grade IV and it was only to facilitate contract employees already working in SNGPL. Even now, the employees have taken a stay on Grade IV recruitment and the company can't recruit a candidate on Grade IV directly. As they can't neglect Grade IV candidates completely, so Grade II/III and Grade IV engineers will be competing with each other now." This is what some people are saying on facebook.

If this is gonna happen then its totally unfair as Grade IV Engineers Test was very tough & Subject Portion was from MSc . So if they want Grade IV & III to compete then they must have to conduct an other test. Test of Grade II-III was very easy as compared to Grade IV

Well, If that's the case it would be very disappointing (Are you sure separate test was taken for grade II/III & IV?).

I'm standing at 102 in Chemical. My test was of Grade IV
