what should be the pixel size for photo. as it is written 1.5*1.5 photo?

The picture should be resize in 1.5*1.5 Inches.

What do they mean by exective level experience. Exectives work at very high posts where I work.

Advertisement is silent on attaching all relevant documents but in NTS form it is mentioned to attach all relevant documents. Can any one guide to attach all documents is mandatory?

i am not sure whether telecom engineers could apply for Engineern and Officer IT positions, if any one could confirm please, will be grateful.

as advertised post for Distribution Engineers that's why they have not include Telecom Engineering and also you cant apply for IT dept.
only apply if your exact degree title matched other wise you may dropped even after shortlisted.

yeah its mandatory but if you forget dont worry if you got short listed NTS may ask for your documents
