CFO said: acha to finance k related koi kam ni kr rhy ap aj kal?
I said yes, i won't say it the other way
CFO: acha to pichli job main kya krty thy ap?
I said what i was doing for my previous employer.
GM said: how would you cope in SNGPL, because they'll teach you nothing more than 1+1=2 and keep you busy in number crunching business - i told them about how adjustable behavior i have when it comes to perform a role

It means that salary will be high for account and finance category as a CA finalist/qualified will not accept salary of up to 45000.

That HR Officer said that we're offering Grade-IV to candidates having CA certification, rest grades are for others having MBA, M. Com etc. And salary of grade IV starts from 75k i guess

Mera MCOM hai and they said ap grade 2 me fall krti hain according to your qualification and experience.. mera experience 4 years n 11 months hai... :( .. what about grade 3 ?for MBA ??
Grade 2 ki salary 40k hai ....

what are the challenges faced by SNGPL?

I have 1 year OGDCL Gas processing CSR Experience ... Can u elaborate the pros and cons ?

Both these jobs has its positive and negative.

NESCOM job may offer higher salaries, medical facilities, pick & drop etc. But u will be working in close environment with no access to internet, no smart phones during jobs, a bit restricted atmosphere.

SNGPL will have its own pros and cons.

This depends upon your interest and family life requirements.
Starting salary is low in SNGPL as i already mentioned. However for engineers growth rate is good. For example people hired in batch 2002 are now strategic decision makers in SNGPL and are drawing salaries round about 5 lac per month. Medical Facility is excellent. If not posted at Lahore you will travel often for assignments and trainings and company will pay you for that. People are normally placed at home stations.
Moreover this job will give you opportunity to enhance your PR as you will interact with all segments of life.
There are several other things which i cant share as i am part of organization.
With one year experience you are unlikely to secure placement in Gr-III.

I cannot compare it with SPS-08 as i don,t have any experience of working in any defense organization.
