As per my last telephonic discussion with AD(HR) HEC, he said that paper is being set by Education Testing Council (ETC) Islamabad and test date is expected in April

What about the syllabus then? Syllabus is not given anywhere. There is no update about anything

Syllabus is not shared by their HR Officers. But it may be the same as taken in back 2017 That was a lengthy syllabus
