AD MOD job for SPS employee?
Aoa. I am currently serving in SPS 8 pay scale.
Recently i went through jobs in AD MOD and i need sincere advice in this regard. - What are the perks and privileges in working in MOD as AD like salary, promotion structure (i am zero interested in "card", "Badmashi" or contacts) as Alhamdolillah i am already having very respectable job - I simply want to serve my country as this was my primary aim in joining current organization. - Work life balance while working in MOD as AD? (i have a wife and children) - I have heard that this job is actually intended for Armed personnel (culture, atmosphere, dealings etc) and its very hard for civilian to adjust there. (though i serve in SPS org.) - Other things which i should definitely consider. Need sincere advice based on which i shall apply and start prep for this job. Thanks in advance |
