Merit is made with respect to marks and available seats. NTS provides the data of deserving candidates to the client as per requirement.

Thanks for sharing Info...

But do NTS share all of the result to the client or NTS shortlist candidates and then share it with the client?

What if someone who secured (let suppose 60 marks) and the other guy who secured 55 marks and both are called for the interview ,and the guy who secured less marks in the test but he had a good interview as compared to the guy who secured good marks or more marks than him. who will be given more weightage or preference for the selection.

As per information the final merit is prepared after the interview, which means interview has separate marks. Therefore it is not necessary that a higher score in test guarantees a job. It definitely increases the probability but no guarantee.

What I know is that the client receives list of students with marks/details separately for each province.

It clearly states that you need to workhard. There are people who think it negatively. According to them people having references are getting job. But this is not the case. Only those who are working diligently and improving themselves are getting jobs. If your score is 75, you can be one of those who will be contacted for interview. You have been given carbon copy as well so that you can check marks by yourself.
