Since it is required by FPSC to produce a DPC (attached at Annex A) and Service Certificate from Estb. Div. (attached at Annex B) within one month after closing date and those who failed to fulfill the same will be straightaway put in the list of rejected candidates as mentioned in clause 4(vii) of Appointment rules by transfer available at FPSC website... Although there are many candidates interested to appear including myself but this clause is creating hurdles and i think further consultation with lawyers is a must before applying...

why are you making it complex? It is simply written... Provincial Civil Servant, Govt. Servant and Public Servant can apply OR 3 years as SO in FS for other autonomous bodies & corporations etc. Its very clear....
