Default Why none of the ads for gov. jobs ask for Islamabad domicile?

here is a job advertisement for steno typist in ministry of commerce...the vacancy is open for following domicile holders:Punjab,sindh,bal,FATA
but the duty station will be Islamabad...but there is no mention of Islamabad domicile.

i have seen other job advertisements too..none of them mentioned Islamabad domicile...so how a person with Islamabad domicile eligible for jobs.
am i eligible for the following job as i have domicile of Islamabad?

Steno typist

BPS-14

Age limit

18-25 years

Domicile

Punjab 01, Sindh (R) 02, Bal 02, FATA 01

No of post 06

Qualification

Metric with short hand & typing speed 80/40 wpm.

Wrong way to go. Don't waste yourself. You hold a degree in English. You can easily apply for teaching or lectureship in any institute.

i have no intention to do this kinda job...but i am just asking generally that why none of the advertisements for gov. jobs ask for domicile of Islamabad?

dear islamabad domicile holder apply on punjab quota as islamabad comes in punjab govt jurisdiction

if Islamabad is under punjab's jurisdiction then why they are not allowed to give pms/pcs exams?

It for your information that a holder of Islamabad domicile can apply for a post reserved for Punjab in any department of the Federal Government (all the ministeries and divisions, autonomous or semi-government organizations). But, it is true that the said candidate may not allowed to appear in the PCS (Punjab) examination.
