Default Departmental Permission
I have applied on the post of Assistant Director *17 and Inspector *16 in Federal Public Service Commission through proper channel. A departmental permission page of form commission was filled by the Senior Superintendent Jail *19 and also wrote a office letter to head office for departmental permission.

I want to ask a question.
when fpsc asks for departmental permission
or
after recruitment it is required ?

after recruitment it is required ?
If you have mentioned your post in the form they will ask you for deficiency late on, but better if you submit your departmental permission certificate along with the form at the time you apply.

Islah i know very well they will ask for departmental permission definitely I am asking for the time i.e interview after interview ?

Have you submitted " Advance Copy"?
Final persmission is not accepted later than interview.

Your dept has to send the DPC within 3(i remember)months after closing date of applying for the post. If your dept still fails to submit the DPC,the FPSC will write a letter to your dept or FPSC may ask you,at the time of interview, to submit the DPC.

problem solved. Senior Superintendent Jail can allow departmental permission through head office instruction otherwise you should have to submit dpc before interview.

No, you need not have any DPC from your bank as you are not a government employee...
