as per the market info person with Finance Specialization can be suitable for Accounts & finance, Stores and at some places i found people in Business Development as well, so in my view its upto you which field you wanted to chose, I must remind you Business Development is Sales kind of job.

just leave the cgpa and look at ur marks which u have took in ur papers. these are in ur transcript, add the the whole marks which u have took in all papers then multiply with 100 and divide them total marks of all papers, simple percentage. there u get ur PERCENTAGE and write it on application form.

The No: of seats have not been announced by the NTS or PPL, its kept confidential, they may have certain number of vacancies or they may select as many eligible candidates they find.

PPL has announced this program in two categories, one for underdeveloped areas of Balochistan, including Sui, District Dera Bugti and second category is for rest of the Pakistan.

kindly if someone had experience about the job explain me i have 56.29..% marks in matric, and up to master i have highest first divisions with above 80 % marks. can i apply for the mto job.?and my domicile is of quetta Baluchistan

yes you can. 56.29% is a high second division.
