Dear XYZ,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been nominated as an intern in the Punjab Youth Internship Program (PYIP). We hope that you will fully utilize this opportunity to enhance your skills and work.

2. In continuation to the previous email we would like to inform you that a Launching / Badge Awarding Ceremony is being taking place on 16th November, 2012 at “University of Arid Agriculture Rawalpindi”, wherein the Chief Minister Punjab will grace the occasion. You will be awarded “Intern Badge” and a Letter pertaining to Youth Internship Program that will lead you to the final selection for the program. These will be awarded on individual basis. To ease out the process you are hereby issued a District ID: RWP-XXX which will be asked from you before issuing you badge and the letter. You will also be required to show your original NIC. Kindly bring these necessary documents to avoid any delay in the distribution process.

3. You are hereby requested to reach the venue at 12:30 PM sharp on the above mentioned date.

5. Selection and participation in the event does not require any fee to be deposited to any employee of Government of the Punjab or to the designated officer(s) of your University / Institute. Please note that no TA/DA will be admissible for attending launching ceremony. However, participation in the session is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT for final selection.

they told u about the organization.... where u work as a internee???

yes domicile is required....it's necessary.... as well as your certificates(matic,inter & your last result card i.e last degree)

duration of internship 3 months...
ceremony started 9:30 am ends at aprx 1 pm... i ld recommend k agar ap ko attend krni ho for internship letter toh just go late aprx 1 or 1& half hour late

no dear it's not written there...neither they tell...it's just mentioned that u ll be told about details via email.........
no organization....no timing ...etc....but it's expected to start some where in dec....
but no hint of company/organization ....as well as you ll get 30000 after 3 months...(means collective money....no installments or monthly)

i ld like to tell you guys one more thing ...if someone is unable to attend the ceremony due to certain reasons (ill or any other reason) just send someone on your behalf...with your id card....all that matters is your id card & district id ( given in the email you receive from pyip)...they ll just check that id card & ask about id...& give the badge & letter to your correspondent ( person whom u hv sent on your behalf)
