please don't attach any document with this form.
jab k advertisement ma clearly mention ha k attach copies of documents...

mjhy form upload ni krna ata, bcos of tuition time bhi kam hota hai aur net ki speed bhi.
So koi ek banda jisko upload krna ata ho wo mjhy email k through form ly kr yahan upload kr dy.

It means that do not attach (staple) your documents with this form. only send along with this form.
