Brother, 4 years degree after intermediate in the respective discipline makes it possible for you to apply for the same post where M Com is the eligibility criteria

In my opinion they specifically mentioned HRM with MA. Nothing is mentioned as Major subject with other qualifications like MBA. Further BBA Hons (04 Years) are offered by most institution without any specialization. Similarly there is no specialization or major subjects in MPA. I thought Mcom and MBAs are also eligible for Admin Post.
