Assalam-u-alaikum to all of you here,

After seeing the futile process of waiting and paying nts test fees of different organizations, does anybody here think that it is worth trusting SNGPL to even call us for an interview?

PS: I am just seeking an opinion dear moderator so please don't delete it

And along with these financial benefits, here comes the medical facilities, where you will get unlimited free calls to your children and wives or may be wife for your whole life sorry medical treatment in prestige private hospitals where even 19th grade officer will think twice before getting admission.

And now along with all these facilities now its depend which department you got in after selection.

Every department has its own advantages and fissures.

Like if are in distribution then you will be the king of your area ( I know but some are) .

And if you ll become transmission enge then you get home in colony (most probably ) where ll get un (limited & interrupted) power supply.

So brothers and sister do try for this job. Work hard and don’t waist your time in flora and fauna.
Are you an employee of SNGPL? If yes, then please tell a realistic picture. Speaking high of your organization is really a good thing but not to an extent that it leads people to the path of astray. . I am saying this because I was myself victimized due to same daydreaming views of few fellows I trusted.

Well, unemployment is there in Pakistan and it has indeed become a global phenomenon. About annual increment, I have serious doubts if the majority even surpasses 5% benchmark. As for PF, MCB gives around 30% interest on PF so retirement benefits may get doubled over there.

Yes, medical facility is there but how many of us want to wish to become ill?? As for Government, they are being paid a Medical allowance in their pay and entitled to Government hospitals. In case of dire need, they can get themselves treated in all sorts of hospitals and get reimbursement. So relying alone of Medical facility does not gives you a clear edge.

Plus, when a grade 19 DG Gas can control the entire organization, that speaks the reality of power you actually possess. What to talk of kingship.

As for being king, there is only 1 and you know whom he is. So distribution walon ki asall power pata hai mujhay. As for transmission colony, kya sab ko guaranteed hai ke logon ko ghar mill jaatay hain? Log taras rahe hain ke guzara ho jaye.

Aur itnay benefits hotay to kya 100 resign aata in less than a year aur yeh jobs advertise hoteen?

Get real my brother and if you are sincere to people, tell them facts . If they want to join, they are more than welcome. This company needs sincere, talented and committed people in their workforce.

So dear all, facts are there in front of you. Koi bhi employer perfect nahi hai Pakistan main but haqeeqat ap ke saamnay hain. It is a good place and a progressive, stable industry but jaisa paradise moment socha ja raha hai, waisa nahi hai .

But still, I encourage you to go for it...

Users should not post a topic/reply in CAPITALS, the reason being is that this is considered as shouting.

Seems a meticulous analysis....No doubt....One has to be optimistic YET Realistic! Switching careers again and again for the sake of betterment is a foolish activity. Think thrice before making it a choice....avoid glittering comments and make a rational decision whoever is interested! Best of Luck. :-)
