Terms & Conditions

1.Test / interviews for these posts will be held at Karachi Station only.
2.The posts are only for Karachi station, however, in the interest of service the selected candidates can be placed / posted anywhere in Pakistan / abroad.
3.Where the prescribed qualification is First Division in the final degree, only one second Division in entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility except Junior Executive (Finance and Human Resource) posts where only two 2nd Divs are allowed.
4.Candidates must have educational certs / degrees from the universities / institutions recognized by HEC / PEC.
5.Upper age limit is 35 years which is relax-able upto 45 years in case of specialized experience / qualification.
6.Those already in Govt service should bring NOC at the time of test / interview.
7.Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview.
8.No TA/DA will be admissible for test / interview.

yar mere school ka tou naam e nai..r na e board ka..tou kon sa select karun?

Dear my school of matriculation and board were not there but you have option to leave it blank, I left it blank as when selecting institution you have at the top of list 2 blank options, select it.

i have applied there but i have question...jab ma nay education enter ki tu end pah FSC or mere BS degree k dermian ma 2 year DAE automaticaly likha hoa aa gya..hala k ma ny DAE enter hi ni kiya tha...har dafa jab ma ny edit kiya education ko it appears automatically...has anybody notice this..or it happen to me only

Same thing happened to me too, even I re-entered all the details after deleting them one by one, but this DAE Degree of 2 years was still there so I neglected it....

yeah me too try again and again to remove this but i think it happen automatically...does this effect our application..i think it can..as we cant edit our aplication now///

If all of the applications contain the same degree like this irrelevant of candidates background I think it'll be neglected as they'll also know that this can not be coincidence, So i think its no big deal..:))

What post you guys are applying for ? Anyone having prior experience of taking this test or appearing in interview.. and any idea what organization it might be ? I've done B.E Telecommunications but I've applied against Assistant Manager(Electronics) post... any idea ??

those who have been interview out of which those received security clearance performa 15 to 17 pages. they are definitely selected after complete process.


once I was there but resigned within a month. I was appointed as Manager Finance in 2009.



just know about DESTO from any where whats going on now a days.



salary of Junior executive finance is approximately 35000


Assistant Manager Finance is about 42000


these are non technical positions


technical position also awarded 50 % allowance STA and ASTA of basic pay i.e. 20000.
