Transparency about NTS tests is uncontroversial.further merit is under corresponding departments whose transparency is unknown.

plz help...i have done electronics engineering.on this can i apply for assistant director electrical engineering.....
2..can i apply for general cadre post ...as engineering is 16 year education...
