Can you please tell me qualification criteria. In one of the post they have written

[I]Master’s Degree OR equivalent qualification from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC).[/I]

is this qualification equals to 16 year education. As i am Engineer and completed my B.E can i apply for this job.
