So its better I should get my FSc certificate from karachi board. HEC will not attest at all.

1st register yourself.
Fill up the form and select mode of attestation.

Through ocs it will take 15 days.
Self attestation can be done at lahore ,peshawar and islamabad centres.

Please share the process of degrees verification and what about verification of inter and matric degrees??

the attestation token could be taken from internet as well as you can visit hec in person.problem is its very rushy there so its better to have token from net..

matric and fsc might not be required because when hec verifies bachelor's degree,they check authencity of matric and fsc certificates too so just gets bachelor's n higher degrees attested

Attestation token for islamabad centre is available on net while filling up form
For lahore centre they issue token on monday to Friday fron 8-9 am only.
At islamabad centre they issue token from 8-11 an maximum 240 candidates are cater there daily

Yes dear there is no other way to download forms for attestation. I think its blessibgs . Its easy process and select your mode of attestation from given 3 choices.
