Follow the described steps below. Your problem will be resolved.

Use any photo editor and resize your image with passport size(width=1.5 inches by length=1.5 inches). Some software use proportionate ratio when resizing the images disable proportionate scaling when resizing and use either Mozilla or Firefox for applying online.

You can also resize your image online. goto http://www.resizeyourimage.com

1.upload your photo(click browse)
2.set pixel dimensions as 144x144(height and width in pixel for 1.5x1.5) and zoom out your picture to set in resized frame
3.click resize and its dine now save your picture

Dear All,

Edit ur passport size photo using Windows Program "Paint". Open your picture in Paint, cut only face area, delete rest of the area, paste ur pic which u had already cut i.e., ur face, adjust the white portion of the clipboard/paint board with ur picture, save the file as JPEG & check the picture properties by right click of mouse. Which should be like :

Dimensions = 113x124, Width=113 Pixels, Height=124 Pixels, Horizontal & Vertical resolution = 96 dpi & Bit depth should b 24.

There is another way, which is more easy if you have got a scanner. Crop your pp size picture with scissor & scan it. Save the file as JPEG & up load the file.
I hope this would definitely solve the issue.........

Regards,

Furqan.

Dear Furqan, everyone might not have a scanner.... Hence photo editing is the suitable option and 1.5x1.5 inches is 144x144 in pixels. NTS has clearly mentioned 1.5x1.5 inches size photo.
I already had a passport picture scanned but I was unable to upload it on NTS at first then I edited my picture in Adobe Photoshop and resized it to 1.5x1.5in(144x144 pixels) with proportionate scaling disabled and it worked for me.

Regards,
Stay Blessed

After setting 144x144 dimensions don't zoom out to the extent that picture zooms out of the frame. when zooming out do it to adjust the picture in the frame and don't let your picture become smaller in dimensions than 144x144.

For example you zoomed out twice and then thrice but at third time the pic became smaller than the frame, then zoom in and set the frame so that your face appears complete and click resize it will be 144x144 for sure. I did it myself and told in my post after confirming its validity.

Stay Blessed

By uploading you mean just opening the picture in the NTS online application portal or its acceptance after clicking submit button ?

If its later then you've done it just print your form and sign it and then courier it to NTS.

Dear you can get it attested from the regional centers of HEC and I would suggest do it right away it might take some time.

Details for degree attestation from HEC are provided here...
