Send the hard copy of your application form along with 2 passport pix stapled on the next 1 or 2nd page and original deposit slip to NTS through TCS. TCS has the option of tracking your courier and its an added advantage.

Tracking means that you can track whether your courier has reached your desired destination or not....

If you have done matriculation in 2005 then yes... Similarly for intermediate, graduation and masters... You have to add the date too. You can find it on your marksheet.

If you have done matric in 2005 then how come you have the date of 2007. I guess you got your matric certificate issued in that year.
You can get your matriculation year from matriculation certificate where it is written that "exam held in the month of ----200x." That would indicate exact month of matriculation. And that date on which you have been issued the certificate is not the date/year of matric.
And about date... Even I didn't remember exact date so I added exact month and year but ranim date like 31st march for matric and 30 or 28th july for intermediate
P.S: These dates are just for making things clear

I guess it won't. In any case when provisional list is uploaded, candidates having any mishap in application will be given time and cause of mishap.
