My name is Zeeshan bashir and i am able to secure 61 marks in 2nd phase test of AD Operations. can anyone please inform me about the chances?? one more thing either phase 1 result will also be considered or not??

Looking at the history, can it be concluded that eobi will follow same pattern???? one of these tests can be presumed to be taken at the place of interview... thus 1st test will surely included n its minimum weightage would be 25......
Plz comment guyz...

I think ab karachi nhi bulayain gy yeh 2007 ki bat thi ab I think islamabad suitable hoga..

It is not opt to rush court for the redress of our Grievances keeping in views the ground realities .

1.Call each and every of Us at least once a day if possible two times asking the causes of inordinate delay of merit list

3....... Write for newspaper as letter to the editors elucidating the lethargic attitude of EOBI and necessary action needed in this regard.

The objective of these actions are to make them know how sky touching confusion and distress prevails among the qualified candidates....They will accelerate the process. Realizing the gravity of the situation They will speed up the the system and result will be aired in hours even if planned in weeks .So my near and dear friends. ............Do it at once accordingly. Outcome cent per cent.

this is regarding the final merit list
(a)only 2nd level test will be considered because the first test was conducted only for the screening of candidates for 2nd level test.
(b) merit is preparing on the basis of provincial quota then further allocation will be made on regional quota . the punjab is distributed in following regions.

Bhalwalpure Region
Multan Region
D.G. Khan Region
Sargodha Region
Islamabad/Rawalpindi Region
Shekupura Region
Gujranwala Region
Lahore Region

Merit will be based on province quota or region wise quota and how much quota of punjab for the post of assistant?

I think it will be the most ridiculous merit list if no academic marks are included

Punjab quota is 50%. post of assistant have 32 seats for punjab.
