Today I appeared in interview for the post of ASSISTANT at EOBI House Islamabad. Details are as follows:
@They served us Tea before Interview.
@Was asked to fill a per-forma (Particulars and other General Information).
@ Marked Attendance
@Interviews started around 1030 Hrs.
@Called one by one for interview with a gape of 5 to 8 minutes.
@Interview committee consist of three Officers.
@ checked the Testimonials.
@asked 3-4 Islamic and G.Knowledge Questions and background etc.

General Information regarding finalization acquired/provided as follows:
@Right now ASSISTANT post = BPS 10, But the case is in process soon it will be granted BPS 12.
@final call letters will be issued till mid or end November.
@On Job trainings will be given for ASSISTANT & all other post no such special trainings will be held like Karachi or elsewhere.
@Interview carries no marks all candidates who appeared in Interview with HEC Varified Degrees and other required Doc. are confirm.
@If someone yet not get attested his/her Degrees they give a 10 days grace time period.

kya koi fellow kuch easy address bta sktay hn k wo rickshaw drivers ko smjh aajaey. Mtlb es address ki koi famous building/market/mohalla etc.

i have read about the advertisement of additional vaccancies in DAWN news paper some 2 month before.

yesterday i appeared in executive officer interview at peshawar, my interview was great, my specialization is in HR, details are

what is your specialization?
give us your documents?
what are hrm functions?
what are compensation methods?
what are performance appraisal methods?
what is hyperlink in MS office?
what is the role of eobi?
whome do we register?


it was in a nice and pleasant environment in the interview room with 5 panel members.

Assalam-o-alaikum!
Dear members! I am new in this forum and this is my first post in this forum, I have been interviewed in Islamabad on 22-10-2014. and they have told that all the people are selected from whom they get interview.
My question is what is the starting salary for the post of Assistant,,, and what is the future of job in EOBI, is it secure,,, and what more benefits here??? plz share.....

Assistant BPS14 salary is around 22k and if upgraded to BPS16 then around 28K, yes job is secure and peaceful, however try for better one...
