I don't think that Eobi is semi government.it's government institution.

According to federal quota system( css quota) eobi will distribute the seats.

Default Age Relaxation for FATA & JK candidates
for FATA & JK candidates, age relaxation will be applicable or not? I think EOBI is federal organization so as per policy it should be? but i'm not sure. can anybody confirm this.

Details of the age relaxation shall be provided at the time of Uploading of Application Form.
so wait for age relaxation.

kya hum 11th and 12th (post) category k liye apply ker sekte hein dono mein? test date ek hi din to nahi hoga naa? aur experience must to nahe hai?

Its much expensive test. NTS should allow atleast 2 applications on single fee.
