Policy makers in any kind of organisation, in Pakistan, are still inept, inefficient, irresponsible and so on. There efforts, Instead of making any procedure efficient and unequivocal, further cause inconvenience and tension to the concerned ones. Same is the case with NTS. For EOBI recruitment NTS, merely, defined the syllabus for various post, that doesn't accomplishes the purpose of fine preparation. What the stupid business general knowledge? What would be nature of paper, either objective or subjective? English communication skills(ECS) an other headache. Communication skills mean comprehension and precise writing. If, we make an analysis of AD operation cader syllabus; except english communication skills other three options may guide us and we could infer paper would be the objective type, however, ECS raise various question about the nature of paper. NTS, if, have every resource for candidates effective guidance. Then why NTS so reluctant to provide a sample paper of all kind of exams: when required.

A number of aspirants of CSS were rejected over the wrong selection of subjects and no excuse was entertained by any mean. I'm not supporting the aspirants who were immature to select the right subject when precepts are quite clear, however, the immature behaviour of authorities is also not justify-able in either way.

In either case candidates or public is the victim of there inefficiencies and candidates or public bear the cost of there wrong doing. Why????????

I think NTS. will not give any sample paper because whenever they furnish marks distribution, they rarely give sample paper. Same was the case in Young Parliamentarians' and Beacon house's test conducted by National Testing Service.
