Question what is an autonomous organisation
By the way, what is an autonomous organisation? Does that mean private organisations? Are those working in private sector also eligible?

No, private organizations are not autonomous organizations. Autonomous organizations are public sector but the control of government over them is very little.

Autonomous organisations are those organisations which are generating revenue and running on its own expense, they generate revenue by SRO's and different ACTS passed from assemblies.

Some of the examples are:

Pakistan Standards & Quality Control Authority
PCSIR etc

There is nowhere written that post qualification experience must be of same scale i-e Bps 17, as we all know that most of the administrative post start from bps-16, as admin officer in various federal and provincial sector are of bps 16.

I contacted FPSC, Islamabad, they told me that experience of private sector will not be accepted.

this is not fair yar ya phir inko administrative experience ke illawa koi bhi experience maang lete.
I have two years post qualification experience of BS-16.

Dear seniors I did my MA in 2010 and having experience in BPS_09 for more than five years in a law enforcement agency. Can I apply?

The meaning of administrative: of or relating to administration. Administrative refers to work activities relating to planning, organizing, directing, controlling, supervising and budgeting. An administrative official is an official of a bureaucracy.
