I am sharing my interview experience with you. My interview was today at 12. I reached at the SNGPL office. Guard checked my interview letter. He had a list of candidates for today's interview. My no. was 22 . I was the last candidate for today's interview. I signed on that list. Then guard took me to another room where they had another list of candidates and ticked my name. Then the guard told me to go to basement . I went to basement. There was a canteen in basement and sitting arrangement for interviewing candidates. Interview is conducted on 6th floor. They took the candidates from basement in a group of 3 to 6th floor for interview. In basement water and tea was available for refreshment to the candidates. Documents were also verified by two persons from SNGPL in basement. Then they took us on 6th floor where the interview is conducted. My interview started on 1:30. They asked me following questions 1) Introduce yourself? 2) What do you know about SNGPL? 3) You have an excellent academic record of SSC and HSSC so what happened in University? Why your CGPA is low? 4) What is Ohm's law? 5) What is resistance? 6) Temperature sensors used are called? 7) How we measure volume? 8) Which instrument is used for measuring pressure? 9) A question about transducers? 10) A question about meters used in SNGPL. They asked about a meter whose name i forgot? 11) Computer proficiency? 12) Command over Microsoft office? 13) Difference between series circuit and parallel circuit? 14) In weddings bulbs for lightening are connected in parallel or series? 15) Why not series? 16) Why do you want to leave your present job as you have recently joined it?
That's my interview story. Today most of the candidates were from Chemical engineering department. I was perhaps the only candidate from Electrical engineering. Panel which comprised of four members was asking technical questions from Chemical engineering candidates. Some candidates were saying that questions were quite tough.
Conversation started in English .I introduced myself in English. Then the panel switched its conversation to Urdu and afterwards it was a mix of both English and Urdu.

Dear, did they care about attested documents?
And one thing more what did you write expected salary in employment form?

My documents were attested so i cannot tell you for sure whether they were really caring about attested documents or not.

Expected salary: Market based remuneration equivalent to grade 17 officer
