The degree relevancy does matter.
In previous hirings I had applied for Billing officer while my background is of literature. I qualified for interview by scoring 64 but was not selected. Khair mera tu tab 2011 main interview b Bohat achha ni hoa tha. But degree relevancy also did matter.
Now a lot depends on your interview that how you justify your degree relevancy with job you applied. If you do that convincingly , then you can convert it into positive even.

well it means lot of preparation needed.... i have 66 marks (2nd highest) one other guy has 67... all others are below....only 17 including me are 60 or above 60....
but i think after interview call, marks will not matter... but the only thing is..... ""interview performance""... ( i think)
well ... any suggestions for interview preparation... (as you have past experience)

14 cities actually. In some cities, like Lahore, test was conducted in more than one centres but the code was same. These 14 codes are for Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Sahiwal and DG Khan.

[B][I][COLOR="Sienna"] Yes you would have to excel in interview and would have to prove your mettle. You would have to satisfy the panel that firstly your degree has relevance for the said job and secondly you are no less suitable then others. your good scores , definitely would be a big plus point for you. I observed in State Bank YPIP hirings that the NTS score really mattered . They gave good weight to NTS scores. Therefore, where interview would be crucial , the NTS marks would also have their due significance.

Here what I got after strenuous and painstaking effort of checking all the candidates across Pakistan in Logistics Support Officer.
Following is the list containing total number of candidates in that centre with higest score of that centre.
