There is step-wise procedure, follow it..

Guys i need some help, i wanted to apply in instrumentation but mistakenly did it on mechanical.
Now how can i change it? also there is a note that one candidate can apply for one department only

Secondly there is no mention of certificates on the advertisement. The scan documents tab is offered by brightsky (something) which is a 3rd-party application to help employers and I dont think it is safe to upload scan documents... FFBL has not asked to upload em so i am not uploading and i suggest others as well

After submitting application it was written clearly that your application will not be processed again which means, I suppose, you can't apply again.

In advertisement, we are asked to attach NIC and passed final year manuscript.

Yes, it seems unsafe but there is not any other option.
