total final recommendation can take 2 years. as FPSC will take interview of 2000 candidates.

So still scrutiny of documents is in the process. How will they scrutinize documents? Will they contact our employers?

No interview this year. They will take another three months in making of pre selected candidate list, FPSC representative told me on phone.
