2. I want to apply for (144) Senior Auditor. As I have done simply B.A (private) with a subject 'Economics". Am I eligible for applying this post?

You are eligible for the both. However , for official reporter you would be passed through that short hand typing test. Therefore , it would be better for you to have practice of that. You have plenty if time at hand as the test would be held in October.

No Typing or Short hand Certificate is required
 

For the posts of Official Reporter no typing or short hand certificate is required. These skills will be judged in a paper having 35 marks for typing and 35 marks for shorthand each.
