Luck does matter, even if you dont have any reference!

Talent does matter, but it can take you to the final stage but not to the actual stage, now for the actual stage either reference or luck matter.

Reference does matter, even if you do not have luck or talent (less talent)!

Thus, if you are talented, you can always hope for the best! Talent = theoretical knowledge, GK and analytical skills!

NTS does not respond to such allegation...I found another letter to editor published in DAWN. It means the NTS recruitment process is dubious. It is very pathetic situation
