Default Patrolling Officer
There is runnig test of patrollign officer is required or not.
i have heard that 1.6 kilometres running in 7 minutes.
is it criteria for patrolling officers or not????

So it is very difficult to qualify the running test 1.6 km in 7 minutes

its easy.i mean i dont do jogging and stuff but when i applied for army after intermediate,i ran the same distance in about 6 minutea.all you need is the will and stamina. if you are not very over weight,you wont have any problem.but still you can start jogging just to build stamina and endurance

you can apply for test and get license in mean while.learner's license is given without driving test and after 6 weeks,you can apply for proper license which will require a test of eyes,blood group,height and driving test. i think patrol officer test will be held in about a month or so.means you can try you luck to get license before that

it is said that driving proficiency is required not driving license...one of my friends is working there as PO, he says that NH&MP issues the driving license after training... They ask for driving proficiency so that they are not required to provide additional training for driving...Hence it is only preferable and not mandatory!

In forms download section there is only chalan for bs 16 and above...where is for bs 14?? or we have to fill this chalan?
